Cancellation Policy:
In order to maintain the highest standard of customer service, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. This allows our team the opportunity to accommodate guests on our waiting list. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, we may require a deposit of 50% of the service fee to schedule all future appointments. This 50% deposit will be deducted from the cost of the scheduled service, unless that appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.
For appointments that are accidentally missed with no call or cancellation (a “No-Show”), we will require a 100% deposit to schedule all future appointments. Again, this deposit will be deducted from the cost of the service unless the appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.
